Description
This was a piece I was supposed to enter into a competition (or two) but didn't realise when the end dates where.
I started by drawing the hand, rainbow, splash, stars and the spiral streamer then scanned edited and coloured in PS.
Was supposed to contain a lot more colourful bright objects but I wanted to get it finished in time and ended up rushing it, may go back to it some day (probably wont

Awesome colors! It's almost inspirational too! 
The only thing I would change is probably that for the hand's "Light touch" I would use a softer brush so that the shading is a little more gradient.
